Ad 120 Residence for Senior Citizens Ltd. develops, builds and operates prestigious retirement centers. AD 120  is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Phoenix Insurance Company, one of the largest companies in Israel.

The first center was opened in 1992 in Rishon LeZion, and turned Ad 120 into the flagship of residential retirement centers in Israel. The second center was opened in Hod Hasharon in 2000 and has gained a wonderful reputation.

Based on the success and extensive experience acquired by Ad 120, our third innovative and luxurious residential center is currently under construction in Ramat Hachayal in Tel Aviv, at a standard never before seen in Israel.

At Ad 120 we place special emphasis on the quality and location of our centers, rather than on their number.
