The Ad 120 chain is the trade name of Am-Hal Ltd., which develops, builds and operates prestigious retirement centers for senior citizens. Am-Hal Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Phoenix Insurance Company, one of the largest companies in Israel.

The first center was opened in 1992 in Rishon LeZion, and turned Ad 120 into the flagship of residential retirement centers in Israel. The second center was opened in Hod Hasharon in 2000 and has gained a wonderful reputation.
