Services Included in the Maintenance Fees

• Medical supervision and monitoring at the Center's
  clinic, physician and nurse on call 24 hours a day.
• Assistance in obtaining health-service rights from the
  resident's HMO (receipt of medication, referrals for
  tests and hospitalization).
• Emergency distress call system in each residential
  unit, 24 hours a day
• Weekly cleaning services in each residential unit
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas
• Air conditioning – cooling and heating
• Cost of water and electricity usage (unlimited)
• Television antenna system for each apartment, with
  option for expansion to support cable television
• Third-party insurance, structural insurance for the
  center, including residential units, excluding a
  resident's personal effects and furniture
• Security services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• Organizing and conducting various activities - social,
  cultural, and sports
• Use of the following facilities: swimming pool, games
  room, library, arts and crafts rooms, gym and health
  club, synagogue, lounge, reception desk for receiving
  information and mail.


Special Services (optional) On Demand:

In addition to the services included in the maintenance fees, residents can order the following services for an additional fee:
• Meals in the restaurant or cafeteria, at discount price
  for residents
• Inviting guests to the restaurant at discount prices
• Outgoing telephone services in the residential unit
  plus line maintenance fees
• Ordering additional cleaning and laundry services
• Ordering various repairs and modifications to adjust
  furniture to the residential unit
• Trips and transportation
• Ambulance service
• Tickets for cultural and entertainment events
• Participation in optional hobby courses
• Private courses that are not part of the Center's
  regular schedule
• Holding family events
• Scheduling visits by specialist physicians or special
  medication
• Special physiotherapy treatments
• Dental treatments
• Visits to hair dressing and beauty salons
• Storeroom
• Deliveries and special services
